Please note that spaces will be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.
Fee for a charity stall is £25, non-charity stall is £40.
- Stallholders must confine their stall frontage to no more than 5 metres and provide own chairs, tables, gazebos. We recommend shelter as good weather cannot be relied upon and the fair will not be cancelled due to poor weather.
- Setting up - access to the field will be from 9am. No vehicle access will be allowed after 10.30am. All vehicles must then be removed from the field and will not be allowed back on until 4pm.
- Food sales - if you intend on serving food, you must adhere to Trafford Council's Food Hygiene Regulations.
- No parking on-site allowed: no parking will be allowed in front of the Larkhill after 10am. This is for emergency vehicles only.
- Public Liability Insurance - your organisation must have Public Liability Insurance to the sum of £5 million (required by Local authority). You must provide a copy of your public liability insurance policy before we can confirm the booking.
- Prohibited items and activities: you may not promote religious or political information or ideologies. You may not provide, sell or offer as prizes any alcoholic drinks, aerosol-powered "silly string" or live animals (including fish). Failure to adhere to this will result in an immediate closure of your stall.
